Summary: Signify Health is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Fulfillment Ops team. The Fulfillment Operations team enables our expansive clinical network by ensuring all clinical staff are equipped with the right supplies, at the right place, and right time for each member they visit. The Fulfillment Operations Coordinator is responsible for supply order intake, triage to vendor partners, and fulfillment tracking of all clinician supply requests across the network. In this role you will be responsible for the intake of return supply shipments and triaging equipment for proper re-fulfillment or disposal, along with standard QA protocols for managed devices. Additionally, the Fulfillment Operations Coordinator manages all clinician support and communication inquiries related to supply orders and shipment statuses, including coaching clinicians on supply management and reorder best practices. This role reports directly to the Fulfillment Manager within the Clinician Experience Operations organization and is based in the Signify Health headquarters office in Dallas, TX.
