Job Description

At IKEA, the Fulfillment Operation departments are responsible every day for ensuring the store is well-stocked and ready for our customers by 10:00 AM. This includes unloading trucks, lifting goods to the high storage, and placing items in the sales areas.

Job Responsibility

  • Stocking furniture and home accessories using pallet jacks, manual labor, and possibly forklifts/stackers
  • Ensuring accurate inventory through daily counts
  • Daily handover to our sales colleagues after operations
  • Daily maintenance of the department, including tidying up
  • Daily maintenance of machines

Requirements

  • Are in good physical shape and can handle heavy lifting
  • Thrive working in the early morning hours
  • Are structured, able to maintain an overview, and focused on order
  • Can speak English and enjoy communicating with many colleagues and working in a team
  • A forklift certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement
