Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing specially designed envelopes and parcels, including: Operating printer and folding machine
  • Prepare envelopes and parcels, including insertion of content
  • Sealing and franking items
  • Packing and shipping preparation
  • Scanning and handling of barcodes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a lettershop in the use of inserting and printing machines is desirable but not a prerequisite
  • PC knowledge (MS Office)
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Structured, precise working method
  • Personal initiative and high level of commitment
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Timekeeping and reliability are essential due to the nature of the role
