Job Description

We're looking for a Fuel Coordinator to join our Fuels team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. You’ll play a key role in supporting our members with fuel procurement, market insights, fuel card management and outstanding day-to-day service.

Job Responsibility

  • Being the first point of contact for fuel enquiries and orders
  • Managing fuel order confirmations and the fuel inbox
  • Supporting fuel procurement activities and identifying growth opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with members and suppliers
  • Monitoring fuel markets and communicating key updates to members
  • Supporting fuel card administration and tank monitoring processes
  • Contributing to sales campaigns, newsletters, and member communications
  • Working collaboratively across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

  • Customer-focused and passionate about service excellence with previous experience working in a busy, customer service environment
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills
  • Strong IT skills, comfortable working with data and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
