Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly customer service cashier to join our East Ballina team. This role is for closing shifts. Shift times: 2:00pm – 9:00pm (closing shift); 3:00pm – 9:00pm (closing shift). 4-5 shifts per week (including weekends).

Job Responsibility

  • Operating the console (fuel sales, EFTPOS, transactions)
  • Providing friendly, confident customer service
  • Serving customers across fuel, retail, and food service areas
  • Keeping the store clean, stocked, and well-presented
  • Supporting both busy daytime trade and evening close procedures
  • Handling general store tasks

Requirements

  • Reliable and available for closing shifts
  • Confident and friendly customer service approach
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Able to work independently during closing shifts
  • Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Live locally with reliable transport
