Job Description:

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the fibre cabling and civil engineering gangs. You will be coordinating works across sites and ensure that work is completed safely and on time. You will work closely with the planning department to ensure that work is completed to plan as well. This would include overseeing projects and reporting any changes within these projects to the Civil Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in all aspects of surveying, managing and purchasing duties within the project
  • Ensure that the teams and gangs under your supervision are working safely and efficiently
  • Record variations and input photos of the site on your company laptop
  • Liaise with the planning department to coordinate work
  • Deliver progress reports
  • Escalate any issues up to your project manager
  • Liaise with the public if necessary

  • Experience working on FTTP projects
  • NRSWA
  • SSSTS/SMSTS/CSCS Card
