Job Responsibility:
Monitoring of faults reported by the Service Providers
Close cooperation with internal departments within United Fiber, as well as external partners to restore high complexity issues within a strict SLA
Field technical support via Phone/e-mail for issues related to FTTC/FTTH technologies
Internal Procedures and Knowledge base maintenance
Rotating shift schedule
Requirements:
Proven Experience on civil and optic fiber works
Knowledge of fiber technologies and materials
Knowledge of safety procedures, techniques, and equipment
Problem solving, analytical skills to assess special situations
Organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work
