Job Description:

Providing field technical support, resolve complex network faults, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure reliable fiber network performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitoring of faults reported by the Service Providers
  • Close cooperation with internal departments within United Fiber, as well as external partners to restore high complexity issues within a strict SLA
  • Field technical support via Phone/e-mail for issues related to FTTC/FTTH technologies
  • Internal Procedures and Knowledge base maintenance
  • Rotating shift schedule

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience on civil and optic fiber works
  • Knowledge of fiber technologies and materials
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, techniques, and equipment
  • Problem solving, analytical skills to assess special situations
  • Organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work
