We are looking for a dynamic Training & Development Partner to play a key role in enhancing the quality and progression of Fitness to Practise (FTP) cases. You’ll deliver high impact training, support case teams with technical expertise, and help embed best practice across our operational processes. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you will identify skills gaps, design and deliver engaging learning solutions, and ensure our teams have the tools, guidance and confidence to carry out high quality, timely investigations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a complex environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about professional development and public protection.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and deliver engaging induction and core skills training
  • Provide hands on case support including drafting, evidence review and risk assessment

Requirements:

  • has experience training, facilitation or coaching experience, ideally within healthcare regulation or legal settings
