Job Description

AsstrA is an international logistics company with over 30 years of experience and operations in more than 20 countries. We specialize in organizing transport across road, sea, air, and rail. Our core business is road freight (FTL). We operate without our own fleet, which allows us to stay flexible and work with a wide network of carriers.

Job Responsibility

  • Planning and coordination of international FTL transports
  • Daily communication with carriers and customers
  • Negotiation of transport rates
  • Monitoring ongoing shipments and solving operational issues
  • Ensuring service quality and on-time delivery
  • Cooperation with internal departments
  • Optimization of transport costs and margins

Requirements

  • Experience in road freight forwarding (FTL)
  • Good understanding of the European transport market
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • English and Russian - communicative level (B1 and upper)
