Job Description:

As a Team Lead, your duties will emphasize on training, people management, and operational oversight of the boutique. This role Includes the physical duties of safely lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering boxes and heavy items of various sizes and weights, consistent with provincial safety standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Boutique Specialist Training & Coaching
  • Ensure that all new and current employees are fully proficient and compliant with Nespresso standards
  • Conduct training for new employees on: Nessoft system usage, Machine operation and Coffee knowledge
  • Provide guidance on - Mystery Shopper scripts, Key B2B points to communicate to guests and Nespresso policies and procedures
  • Train staff on Cash handling procedures, Tax exempt and on Return management procedures
  • Set the training agenda for on-boarding new employees
  • People Management & Team Development
  • Support the manager in daily staff oversight, scheduling, and positive team reinforcement
  • Develop a schedule for the staff to assist in daily Boutique tasks and responsibilities
  • Assist Manager in setting work schedules
  • Communicate a clear understanding of the Company’s values
  • Lead Role play sessions
  • Provide employee recognition for team success
  • Assist the team where and when needed
  • Perform any other job-related duties
  • Stock Management, Operations & Reporting
  • Ensure the boutique is in stock with all supplies
  • Submit and process stock transfers
  • Process returns
  • Report stock deficiencies to the manager
  • Maintain an understanding of the Boutique Budget for Decoration and Tasting products
  • Prepare and review daily and weekly reporting on machine and capsule sales
  • Meet with the Manager on a weekly basis to review performance and operations

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in training leadership, customer relations, and sales
  • Expertise in oral communication tailored to various customer profiles
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT phone systems, and data analysis
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions
