Job Description:

Architect end to end Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions for complex business needs. Define technical strategy, standards, and best practices for FSL implementations. Lead solution design sessions and guide development teams on FSL architecture. Design scalable and secure integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware. Oversee development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance FSL functionality. Ensure optimal configuration of scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workflows. Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce guidelines. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend relevant innovations. Provide leadership in deployment, performance tuning, and post implementation support.
