Job Description:

The Service Cloud Architect will design and implement Salesforce solutions for the automotive finance sector, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or Computer Science is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce projects. Key skills include Salesforce expertise, Agile methodologies, and data integration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
  • Understand and articulate when and how to use declarative vs. developer tools and solutions
  • Support the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with architectural standards
  • Designing solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs
  • Reviewing and recommending the best solution for the requirements and articulating trade-offs
  • Contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks
  • Formulate and maintain Salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications)
  • Provide direction to development teams regarding data modeling, sharing and security, and automation
  • Participate in grooming and refinement of the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project
  • Provide guidance on user story writing style, ensuring success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story
  • Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in solutioning and delivering Salesforce projects using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with large data integration and migration activities within Salesforce projects
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience providing design and direction on initial Salesforce cloud implementation(s)
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a similar field of study
  • Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Platform Dev I, Platform App Builder
  • Demonstrated ability with implementation and integration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, system integrations (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.), and advanced reporting and analytics (CRMA, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers
  • Ability to self-start and effectively operate within a complex, dynamic environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
