ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a skilled and motivated Fry Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience working with deep fryers, grills and other kitchen equipment to prepare crispy and flavorful fried foods. You will be responsible for cooking menu items to perfection, following food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role requires excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Job Responsibility:
Operate deep fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment to prepare fried menu items
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked thoroughly and safe for consumption
Prepare and season food items before or after frying if necessary
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following health and safety regulations
Manage food inventory and restock supplies as needed
Minimize waste by following established production techniques
Follows approved recipes and production standards
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or the Director of Food & Beverage
Requirements:
Ability to produce high quality food in a fast-paced environment
One year minimum experience in a kitchen environment
Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
Ability/accommodation to travel to and from work in a timely manner
Work ethic that encourages a strong sense of urgency and quality in a team environment
