Job Description

The Frontline Talent & Leadership & Performance Lead drives consistent, high quality execution of frontline talent and performance initiatives. The role supports leaders to build capability, embed performance expectations and land change effectively, ensuring talent and performance frameworks are applied consistently and deliver measurable impact across frontline teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the execution of frontline talent and performance initiatives aligned to business priorities
  • Embed performance frameworks, standards and rhythms across frontline teams
  • Support frontline leaders to build coaching capability and performance effectiveness
  • Translate talent and performance priorities into practical tools, interventions and learning support
  • Partner with the Frontline Capability & Growth Manager to align performance initiatives with capability uplift
  • Work with Learning Delivery and Learning Experience teams to ensure interventions are adopted and effective
  • Support major change and transformation programmes by enabling leaders to manage performance through change
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of talent and performance initiatives using data and insight

Requirements

  • Experience delivering talent, performance or leadership initiatives in large frontline environments
  • Strong understanding of frontline operational performance drivers
  • Experience supporting leaders to improve coaching, performance management and engagement
  • Ability to translate frameworks into practical, usable tools and behaviours
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience working through periods of change and transformation
  • Data literate, able to use insight to prioritise and improve performance outcomes
  • Confident communicator across senior and frontline audiences
