Job Description

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you will work onsite at our sales location, guiding prospective members through our proven sales process. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment with access to tools for success, including: Group sales presentations led by industry veterans; Support from experienced team managers to help close sales

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct engaging in-person presentations to prospective members
  • Build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Guide prospects through the sales process and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements

  • Must hold or willing to obtain a valid TN license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
  • Professional image, strong work ethic, and motivation to succeed
  • Previous sales experience preferred (auto, insurance, finance, luxury goods, hospitality)
  • Must be able to work onsite/in person at our sales location
