Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing Frontline Sales Representatives Coaching and mentoring sales professionals to maximize performance Assisting with closing and finalizing sales transactions Creating energy, motivation, and accountability within the sales team Ensuring sales presentations are delivered according to company standards Supporting representatives throughout the sales process Monitoring production, VPG, and overall team performance Delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining compliance standards Maintaining knowledge of company initiatives, industry trends, and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Vacation ownership industry experience required Previous Frontline Sales leadership experience preferred Proven track record of sales performance and team development Strong closing, coaching, and leadership skills Ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and presentation skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of two years of Frontline Vacation Ownership Sales experience preferred Active Florida Real Estate License or ability to obtain one Ability to maintain production standards and performance expectations Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join a Growing Organization
