The Frontline Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the frontline sales team, driving performance, and supporting sales reps in meeting and exceeding their sales goals. This individual will play a key role in motivating and mentoring their team while contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and support a team of frontline sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve performance and ensure high standards of professionalism and compliance
Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to increase productivity and tour-to-sale conversion
Participate in daily sales meetings and trainings to drive a consistent and high-performing sales culture
Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure alignment with company goals and operational excellence
Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
Provide reporting, feedback, and performance evaluations to senior leadership
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales management
Proven track record of success in closing sales and leading a high-performing team
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to motivate others and lead by example in a competitive sales environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Active or eligible to obtain a state-required real estate license (if applicable by law)
