The Front Line Sales Manager leads, mentors, and develops the Front Line Sales Team while supporting associates in finalizing deals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role is fully onsite and focused on daily sales operations, performance, and team motivation.
Job Responsibility:
Train, coach, and motivate the Sales Team
Support finalization of sales and maintain VPG performance
Ensure presentations follow company standards
Maintain outstanding guest service and a professional sales environment
Stay current on company initiatives and industry requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Vacation Ownership Sales experience required
2+ years as a Front Line Sales Associate preferred
Must hold or be willing to obtain a TN Real Estate or Timeshare License
Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
