Job Description

This role partners with frontline leaders to improve performance through targeted capability uplift. The role translates business priorities, change initiatives and performance challenges into practical learning and performance solutions, supporting major transformation programmes and ensuring frontline teams adopt new ways of working effectively

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a strategic partner to frontline leaders on capability, performance and growth priorities
  • Identify capability gaps impacting customer, commercial and operational outcomes
  • Translate business and operational requirements into learning and performance solutions
  • Lead and coach Frontline Capability & Growth Specialists to deliver targeted interventions
  • Support major change and transformation programmes by shaping capability and readiness plans
  • Partner with the Learning Delivery Manager to ensure capability requirements are translated into executable learning delivery plans
  • Collaborate with Learning Experience & Effectiveness to ensure solutions drive adoption and impact
  • Use insight and performance data to prioritise interventions and manage capability risk

Requirements

  • Experience in capability, performance or business partnering roles within large, frontline environments
  • Strong understanding of customer facing operations and performance levers
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into practical capability solutions
  • Experience supporting large scale change and transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions
  • Confidence using data and insight to diagnose issues and measure impact
  • Experience leading or managing specialist teams or matrix delivery resources
  • Clear, confident communicator able to engage senior leaders and frontline teams
