Job Description:

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for developing the Feedzai Orchestration product. Technically, this product deals with challenges around large volume data, diverse data sources (internal and external), data orchestration and transformation, and integration of an ecosystem of external and internal data providers into a cohesive whole. The product is used directly by end users, ranging from Data Engineers, Business Analysts and Data scientists. The key challenge and ambition for the UI of this product is to make complex data orchestration tasks accessible to non-technical users.

Job Responsibility:

  • Iterate within an Agile squad to turn product ideas into shippable increments
  • Build next-generation web applications with a focus on the client side
  • Work alongside UX designers, Backend Engineers and Product Managers to deliver features with a high level of quality
  • Be an ambassador of front-end stack quality for building reusable code that follows the best practices
  • Be an owner of the product, identifying technical debt, proposing concrete solutions
  • Have an active role in the decisions that define the direction of the FE stack and architecture
  • With your team, operate across the full SDLC—design, implement, test, deploy, observe, maintain and refine software services
  • Champion engineering excellence by documenting decisions, sharing knowledge in guild sessions and mentoring peers across front- and back-end domains

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, or a similar technical degree
  • 2-4 minimum experience in modern JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS web standards
  • Experience with GIT, REST/JSON and agile development
  • Experience in React
  • Demonstrated experience working within and contributing to a design system
  • Web design skills and user experience fundamentals knowledge
  • Experience in testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Redux, React hooks and Typescript
  • Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) tools
  • Growth mindset
