As a Frontend Infrastructure Team Leader, you will shape the foundations that power our frontend ecosystem and influence how engineering excellence is practiced across the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide strong technical leadership and architectural direction for Yotpo’s frontend infrastructure
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence
  • Define and execute the frontend infrastructure roadmap in alignment with company objectives
  • Evaluate and implement modern frontend technologies and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, backend, design, and other stakeholders to drive cohesive solutions

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing and leading engineering teams
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with React in production environments
  • Strong experience in frontend architecture and building scalable systems
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across engineering and product teams
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction
