Frontend Infrastructure Engineer

• Own the development and implementation of Design System components
• Design and build core tools used by frontend engineers across Cyera to streamline development and enforce best practices
• Lead efforts on frontend performance, scalability, observability, and DX tooling (Design System, bundlers, frontend libraries, testing infra)
• Stay on top of modern frameworks and frontend infrastructure trends, ensuring Cyera is always several steps ahead
• Work cross-functionally with other infra engineers, product teams, and security teams to improve the quality and velocity of our frontend development

• 4+ years of hands-on frontend or full-stack engineering experience with an emphasis on infrastructure, tooling, or performance
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like React (or Vue/Svelte)
• Experience building and maintaining developer-facing tools and systems
• Proficiency with modern bundlers and build systems (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Rollup, Babel)
• Familiarity with systems-level concerns such as CI/CD workflows
• Strong sense of code quality and engineering excellence, with a commitment to testing and documentation
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset

Prior experience working on frontend infrastructure at scale or within platform teams

• Shape the foundational layer of how frontend is done at Cyera
• Build tools and infrastructure that have a multiplier effect across the company
