Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Engineer (Web & Mobile – React Native) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and cross-platform applications that deliver exceptional user experiences on both web and mobile (iOS/Android). You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build high-performance applications that scale with our business needs.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to deeply understand business requirements, design wireframes, and turn them into fully functional and interactive applications
Develop responsive, cross-platform interfaces using React Native, React.js, and Next.js, delivering solutions that work across multiple devices and operating systems
Ensure that the application is highly performant, with fast load times, smooth animations, and efficient memory usage, especially for mobile platforms
Integrate third-party libraries, real-time communication systems, and backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) into the application
Perform rigorous code reviews and unit testing to ensure code quality and reduce technical debt
Troubleshoot issues reported by users or testers, debug complex problems, and implement permanent solutions
Work on publishing applications to the iOS App Store and Google Play Store, managing the full release cycle, and ensuring compliance with store guidelines
Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to suggest and implement continuous improvements
Contribute to architectural discussions and help define development best practices that improve productivity, security, and code maintainability

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
4–8 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on building web and mobile applications
Demonstrable experience of successfully shipping applications for iOS and Android platforms
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and keep up with evolving technologies
Proven expertise in React Native, React.js, and Next.js to build robust applications
Strong knowledge of modern frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience working with state management solutions such as Redux and Context API for efficient data flow
Deep understanding of integrating REST APIs and GraphQL APIs, handling authentication, error handling, and data syncing
Experience in the end-to-end app publishing process on iOS App Store and Google Play Store
Ability to implement responsive designs that work across devices with an emphasis on usability and performance
Solid knowledge of performance optimization techniques for both web and mobile applications
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code
Understanding of version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows
