Job Responsibility:
Create from scratch—no legacy, real zero-to-one ownership
Work with Claude Code and internal tooling to accelerate development and quality
You drive design decisions, choose approaches, and own outcomes end-to-end
Stay FE-led while taking on pragmatic backend work when it unblocks shipping
Modern stack: Next.js, TypeScript, robust component systems, and advanced patterns (Canvas/SVG/3D where they elevate UX)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
3-5 years of Web front-end development experience, with experience in complex project development and maintenance
Proficient in the React technology stack, deeply understanding modern front-end development concepts and best practices
Familiar with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid foundational knowledge of front-end development
Possess good code conventions and engineering thinking, emphasizing code quality and maintainability
Have excellent learning ability and problem-solving skills, as well as a good spirit of communication and collaboration
Nice to have:
Full-stack development experience is preferred
Familiarity with technology stacks such as Next.js and Node.js, as well as understanding of server-side development and database operations is required
Prior experience in developing complex interactive applications is preferred, such as product development for drawing board-like applications (Canvas/SVG), mind mapping, and collaborative office tools
Experience in developing AI engineering or machine learning-related projects is preferred
Experience in contributing to open-source projects or having personal technical project experience is preferred
