Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Engineer (Web & Mobile – React Native) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and cross-platform applications that deliver exceptional user experiences on both web and mobile (iOS/Android). You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build high-performance applications that scale with our business needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to deeply understand business requirements, design wireframes, and turn them into fully functional and interactive applications
  • Develop responsive, cross-platform interfaces using React Native, React.js, and Next.js
  • Ensure that the application is highly performant, with fast load times, smooth animations, and efficient memory usage
  • Integrate third-party libraries, real-time communication systems, and backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) into the application
  • Perform rigorous code reviews and unit testing to ensure code quality and reduce technical debt
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by users or testers, debug complex problems, and implement permanent solutions
  • Work on publishing applications to the iOS App Store and Google Play Store, managing the full release cycle
  • Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and help define development best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on building web and mobile applications
  • Proven expertise in React Native, React.js, and Next.js to build robust applications
  • Strong knowledge of modern frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Experience working with state management solutions such as Redux and Context API
  • Deep understanding of integrating REST APIs and GraphQL APIs, handling authentication, error handling, and data syncing
  • Experience in the end-to-end app publishing process on iOS App Store and Google Play Store
  • Ability to implement responsive designs that work across devices
  • Solid knowledge of performance optimization techniques for both web and mobile applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Understanding of version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and keep up with evolving technologies
