Job Description

Our “UX/UI” team, composed of designers and developers, designs and develops the products of the Hornetsecurity group as well as our Design System. To continue transforming our products, we are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our team in Skopje.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in the design and development of new features with designers and the Product team
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the Design System with the rest of the team
  • Collaborate on the architecture of the Hornetsecurity ecosystem, especially our micro frontend
  • Push improvements to our tech stack and best practices, and leverage the latest frontend innovations
  • Handle some bug fixing while contributing to our goal of minimal bugs

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in frontend development
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Proficient with a frontend framework (Vue, Angular, React, or Svelte)
  • Comfortable with CI/CD, Docker, and package managers like NPM
  • Prioritize quality with practices like automated testing and code reviews
  • Care about writing simple and maintainable code
  • Fluent in English
  • Interest in UX/UI topics (a strong bonus!)
