Job Description:

We are looking for a frontend-leaning Developer Experience Engineer to improve developer productivity, simplify workflows, and optimize tooling for our growing engineering team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Diagnosing and addressing bottlenecks in current developer workflows and tools
  • Standardizing local development setups, CI/CD pipelines, dependency management, and testing infrastructure
  • Be the internal expert on modern tooling, especially NextJS and CI/CD practices
  • Optimizing build performance
  • Establishing a standardized local development environment
  • Creating processes for adopting new tools and workflows efficiently
  • Reducing flaky tests

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience improving developer productivity and tooling
  • Strong expertise with modern developer tools (NextJS or similar frontend bundlers, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Proven success in identifying and solving complex bottlenecks in complex, organically grown codebases
  • Structured and proactive mindset capable of designing clear, intuitive, and sustainable workflows from ambiguous requirements
