Frontend Developer

• Lead the development and optimisation of web and mobile applications for Digital Channels using React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js
• Design and implement advanced rendering strategies: Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Client-Side Rendering (CSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR)
• Drive adoption of multi-frontend architectures or micro-frontends
• Integrate solutions with headless CMS platforms (experience with Contentful is a strong advantage)
• Ensure web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all deliverables
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Champion agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js
• Deep understanding of rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR)
• Proven experience with micro-frontends and scalable architectures
• Expertise in web performance, accessibility, and SEO optimisation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to make critical decisions
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Continuous improvement mindset and experience in agile methodologies
• Fluent in English
