Lead the development and optimisation of web and mobile applications for Digital Channels using React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js
Design and implement advanced rendering strategies: Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Client-Side Rendering (CSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR)
Drive adoption of multi-frontend architectures or micro-frontends
Integrate solutions with headless CMS platforms (experience with Contentful is a strong advantage)
Ensure web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all deliverables
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Champion agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong hands-on experience with React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js
Deep understanding of rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR)
Proven experience with micro-frontends and scalable architectures
Expertise in web performance, accessibility, and SEO optimisation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Autonomous, proactive, and able to make critical decisions
Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Continuous improvement mindset and experience in agile methodologies
Fluent in English
