Dawn Health is a leading Digital Health product company that empowers Life Science companies to create elegantly designed digital solutions quickly and in compliance with the highest quality and reliability standards. Software Engineering is the cornerstone of our work. We are looking for a Web Developer, preferably with full-stack experience to join our team in Copenhagen.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in training programs giving you the knowledge to develop digital health solutions (such as Medical Device Software)
  • Work on products that help patients around the world and collaborate with other passionate software engineers and other disciplines to bring the most intuitive and useful digital therapies and apps to life
  • Work within our Platform Team, architecting and building high quality reusable components and SDKs powering digital health products being developed in our Product Teams

Requirements

  • Passionate about building great products and platforms that have a real impact on people's lives
  • Good analytical abilities and can break down complex problems
  • Good communication skills and can work well in a team
  • Structured approach and understand the importance of high-quality documentation, being able to document things such as System Design, Architecture and Configurations
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with web / frontend development, including some experience with backend development
  • Professional proficiency in English (company language)
  • Strong proficiency in modern Javascript (ES6+) development and Typescript
  • Strong experience with React, NextJS and HTML5 semantics and accessibility
  • Strong proficiency in CSS3 and working with responsive design and mobile optimization
  • Experience with integration and consumption of REST APIs in frontend applications
  • Experience with git and git flows
  • Experience with automated tests (unit, integration, UI)
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles

Nice to have

  • Experience with Identity providers (e.g. Auth0, Microsoft Entra External ID)
  • Experience with Sentry, MixPanel and similar
  • Experience with building custom npm packages
  • Experience working in the Life Science industry or in similar regulated industries
