Job Description:

CVS Health’s Merchandising Organization is focused on delivering differentiated omnichannel experiences and re-inventing pharmacy to enable better health outcomes. The Senior Manager will implement and manage visible projects, processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful rollouts aligned with CVS Health’s broader vision.

Job Responsibility:

Creation and oversight of a holistic merchandising strategy
quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to define white space opportunities
executive storytelling to help Senior Leaders understand and connect with the strategy
leading the team charged with timing and prioritization of pilots and rollouts of new initiatives
developing communication and change management strategies
collaboration with cross-functional enterprise to deliver excellence
contributing to routine working teams, Steer Cos, and cross-business unit initiatives

Requirements:

10+ years’ experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives with a high degree of complexity
10+ years developing strategies to mobilize the business to achieve goals and outcomes using innovative solutions
10+ years influencing with and without authority
10+ years leveraging data to support strategic plans and return on investment

Nice to have:

10+ years’ experience working with a team to prioritize work based on skills, needs, timelines, etc.
10+ years’ experience engaging and inspiring a cross-functional team to reach optimal business outcomes together
