Job Description:

The Front Services Attendant plays a crucial role in providing an outstanding experience to our guests by delivering exceptional service in valet, bell, and transportation duties. This position requires a highly motivated and energetic individual who excels in multitasking and possesses strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest expectations are exceeded from the moment they arrive until their departure. Work performed indoors and outdoors, Employee may be exposed to fumes, odors, and hot and cold temperatures. An employee will be required to stand and run for long periods of time on cement floors and occasionally walk or run on uneven surfaces.

Job Responsibility:

  • Valet Services: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, welcoming smile and offer assistance with valet parking
  • Provide timely and courteous car valet services to guests upon arrival and departure
  • Ensure the secure handling and storage of vehicles
  • Maintain a prompt, efficient, and accurate retrieval system for guest vehicles
  • Bell Services: Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage, including delivery to and retrieval from guest rooms
  • Offer orientation information about the resort, amenities, and services available in the hotel
  • Assist with dry cleaning requests, group room drops, and deliveries promptly
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly
  • Transportation Duties: Coordinate and provide transportation services for guests as required
  • Ensure the vehicle’s cleanliness and maintenance
  • Conduct regular inspections on company vehicles before and after runs
  • General Duties: Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, room locations, amenities, outlet hours of operations, and surrounding areas
  • Handle guest belongings with utmost care and security
  • Collaborate with the front office and other hotel departments
  • Follow all hotel safety and security policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development sessions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years old
  • Valid Driver's license in possession always, while on-duty
  • Motor Vehicle Record check required
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to drive automatic, standard vehicles, and electric vehicles
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to function well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established waiting times
  • Must possess mature personal discretion and sound judgment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Have high sense of integrity and accountability
