Job Description

The Front Services Agent is responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel in a friendly manner. This position will assist in unloading guests’ luggage, and rooming of guests in a professional manner that exemplifies the service commitment. In addition, they are also responsible for the handling of parking and retrieving of guest’s automobiles in a safe, quick and efficient manner, as well as giving directions and information on all hotel and area services.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome all guests to the hotel
  • Assist in unloading guests’ luggage and rooming of guests
  • Handle parking and retrieving of guest’s automobiles
  • Give directions and information on all hotel and area services
  • Provide a hotel tour to new guests explaining services and restaurants
  • Deliver items to guest rooms such as packages and laundry
  • Collect luggage and distribute on busy check out days
  • Drive company shuttle on various errands for guests

Requirements

  • Previous guest or customer service experience preferred
  • Texas Driver’s License with good driving record required
  • Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes
