The Front Services Agent is responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel in a friendly manner. This position will assist in unloading guests’ luggage, and rooming of guests in a professional manner that exemplifies the service commitment. In addition, they are also responsible for the handling of parking and retrieving of guest’s automobiles in a safe, quick and efficient manner, as well as giving directions and information on all hotel and area services.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome all guests to the hotel
Assist in unloading guests’ luggage and rooming of guests
Handle parking and retrieving of guest’s automobiles
Give directions and information on all hotel and area services
Provide a hotel tour to new guests explaining services and restaurants
Deliver items to guest rooms such as packages and laundry
Collect luggage and distribute on busy check out days
Drive company shuttle on various errands for guests
Requirements:
Previous guest or customer service experience preferred
Texas Driver’s License with good driving record required
Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes
