Job Responsibility

Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests
Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests
Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property
Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts
Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations
Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
Enter cases into Nubola and resolution
