Front Office Trainee

• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests
• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property
• Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution

• EU Nationality is required
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
