Job Description:

Front Office Supervisor position at Melbourne Marriott Hotel, responsible for overseeing front office operations, assisting with employee training and evaluation, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining company standards in a luxury hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Complete designated cashier and closing reports
Review shift logs/daily memo books
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
Process guest check-ins
Sell rooms to guests without reservations
Ensure rates match market codes
Scan and charge checks from outlets
Assist management in training and evaluating employees
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Answer telephones
Maintain positive working relationships
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift objects up to 25 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
