The Hilton Austin Airport is looking for a talented Front Office Supervisor to join our leadership team. The role is an ideal one for someone looking to step up from a Guest Service Agent position and gain experience in a Hilton full-service hotel.
Job Responsibility
Assist the Front Office Management with overseeing all Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, control costs, and meet quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction
Supervise the front desk and valet staff and assist with greeting guests, checking guests in and out, handling guest requests and complaints, and handling group check-ins
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of front desk or hospitality-related customer service experience is strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Nice to have
Proficiency with the Property Engagement Platform (PEP)
