An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! We are seeking a customer focused and experienced Front Office professional with strong conflict resolution skills to lead and be part of our Front Office Team. This role will see you overseeing the daily operations of the hotels front office by managing a team of guest service agents, ensuring guest satisfaction, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as an ambassador of the resort, ensuring all guests feel welcomed upon arrival and are bid farewell with kindness at departure, enhancing guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Efficiently and accurately process all check-ins and check-outs
Ensure all hotel charges are accurately processed to guests’ accounts, with pre-authorizations taken for each account, guaranteeing bills are correct and payments are securely handled
Deliver a high standard of quality service by promptly and effectively responding to all guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints with exceptional customer service
Supervise the Front Office team and ensure all processes are adhered to in line with department procedures
