In this role, the Front Office Shift Leader will support the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager with the smooth running of the Front Office shifts. The selected candidate will provide outstanding guest service in order to create memorable experiences and by making emotional connections with the resort’s guests. The selected candidate will also be responsible for supporting the Front Office associates with their duties including welcoming guests to the resort, check-ins and check-out duties, handling guest inquires, resolving and following-up on any guest issues.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
In possession of a Diploma in Hospitality/ Accommodation Operation or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years work experience within the hospitality industry
Outstanding communication skills including fluency in English & in other languages
Excellent supervisory skills
Proficiency in the use of computer and preferably knowledge of Opera
