As Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests — ensuring their stay begins and ends with a smile.
Job Responsibility:
Warmly greeting guests on arrival and departure
Managing check-in and check-out processes
Handling guest enquiries, room reservations, and requests for additional services
Maintaining up-to-date guest records
Collaborating with other departments (housekeeping, reservations, concierge) to fulfil guest needs
Promoting hotel services and amenities
Upholding the high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest care
Requirements:
A friendly, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for guest service
Strong communication skills and a “can-do” attitude
ability to work well under pressure in a busy hotel environment
Good computer / IT skills
Flexibility to work varying shifts (including evenings/weekends) as required in a hotel setting
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
Nice to have:
Hospitality experience is a plus
Experience with hotel PMS or reservation systems (e.g. Opera) is advantageous
