Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantitative Analyst to join a front-office desk strategy team supporting a growing Prime Services business. This is a highly visible role offering direct exposure to trading desks, quantitative research and strategic business initiatives within a fast-paced markets environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner directly with traders to develop analytics, pricing and risk tools
  • Build and enhance quantitative models supporting financing and derivatives activities
  • Work on market data calibration, portfolio risk analytics and trading workflow optimisation
  • Develop scalable solutions using Python, with exposure to C++/Java beneficial

Requirements

  • MSc or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar)
  • Strong Python development skills
  • Knowledge of equity derivatives, financing products, ETFs, FX and interest rate hedging is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, statistical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with front-office stakeholders
