The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick invites applications for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as Front Office Manager for Maternity Leave Cover. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently
Manage and develop a team of talented and motivated staff, providing them with the support and training they need to succeed
Maintain the highest standards of guest experience and hospitality, ensuring that the hotel is a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests
Working closely with an experience management team in areas of Sales, Hotel Operations, Guest experience and People & Culture
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
3+ years of experience in a front office management role in a hospitality setting
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of Irish hospitality industry standards and practices
Experience with hotel reservations systems, particularly Opera
Familiarity with revenue management and sales strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
