A busy hotel in the heart of Times Square is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager for a temporary 1–2 month assignment. Job Responsibility
Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, including guest check-in/check-out, registration, room inventory, and adherence to hotel policies and brand standards
Monitor guest satisfaction, proactively address service concerns, and implement solutions to continuously improve the guest experience
Lead revenue-driving initiatives by promoting hotel services and identifying upselling opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue
Provide ongoing communication and training to ensure the front office team is knowledgeable about hotel amenities, services, promotions, and local attractions
Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Supervise, coach, and support Front Office team members while fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment
Ensure seamless daily operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
Requirements
Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or in a comparable hotel leadership role
Hands-on experience with Hilton ONQ is required
Strong understanding of front office operations, guest services, and hotel procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently interact with guests and team members
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest recovery skills
