Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, overseeing all daily responsibilities
  • Manage, evaluate, and finalize team rosters and schedules
  • Handle table reservations for our dining venues
  • Anticipate and address guest requests and resolve complaints with grace and efficiency
  • Coordinate bespoke concierge services
  • Manage the daily cash desk responsibly, ensuring meticulous cash control and audits
  • Issue invoices and handle billing inquiries
  • Maintain and update guest and client profiles with high attention to detail
  • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with other departments
  • Uphold and continuously elevate our premium quality standards
  • Onboard and mentor new team members and trainees
  • Participate in department head meetings

Requirements

  • Hospitality background: Ideally, a completed vocational training in hotel management and front office experience
  • Host mentality: A warm personality with a deep passion for guest service
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Appearance: A highly professional presence and outstanding etiquette
  • Systems: First experience with OPERA is an advantage, along with basic knowledge of online booking channels and standard software
