Job Responsibility:
Oversee all Front Office operations
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and set department targets and objectives
Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction
Manage, Train and roster the Front office team
Greet guests during arrival and departure
Bring the hotel to life, engaging with guests and providing top-notch hospitality
Mentor and guide a team of professionals in exceeding guest expectations
Encourage a guest-focused approach and motivate team to promote all tours and experiences
