Job Responsibility:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and associated functions
Ensuring adherence to established procedures for all related activities by all supervised functions and personnel
Providing business expertise and strategic perspective to develop and drive guest services
Overseeing and participating in guest registration and check out
Managing, training, and scheduling the front office staff
Carrying out activities such as night audit review, setting up group billing, making forecasts, controlling and placing orders for supplies, cross-departmental communication
Acting as a liaison between General Manager and staff
Requirements:
Minimum two years of experience in hotels
At least two years in a hotel leadership position
Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong people skills
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding
Effective communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
Minimum two years of experience working in hotels
