Job Responsibility:
Manage all Front Office operations
Monitor and develop team member performance
Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends
Ensure compliance with Company/Brand standards
Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries
Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products
Recruit, interview and train new team members
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills
Previous experience in front desk operations
Ability to provide exceptional guest services
OnQ proficiency and large hotel experience is a plus
Hotel Experience - 3 years
Hotel & Accommodations Guest Relations Staff - 3 years
Hospitality management experience - 2 years
Nice to have:
