The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick invites applications for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as Front Office Manager for Maternity Leave Cover. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage and develop a team of talented and motivated staff, providing them with the support and training they need to succeed
  • Maintain the highest standards of guest experience and hospitality, ensuring that the hotel is a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests
  • Working clocely with an experience management team in areas of Sales, Hotel Opertions, Guest experience and People & Culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a front office management role in a hospitality setting
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of Irish hospitality industry standards and practices
  • Experience with hotel reservations systems, particularly Opera
  • Familiarity with revenue management and sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
