Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of 4-6 years of Front Office or Rooms Division experience in an upscale or luxury resort, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in creating unique guest experiences and driving guest satisfaction
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence
Leadership presence with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate a diverse team
Strong business acumen, including financial oversight and operational planning
Proficiency in Opera OMS and Microsoft Office
experience with Marriott systems preferred
Multilingual abilities (English required, Dutch, Spanish or Papiamentu a strong plus)
Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings and holidays as required
