Job Description:

Responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing departmental performance. Requires leadership capabilities and ability to oversee team operations and guest services in compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Manage all front office functions and staff
ensure guest arrival and departure procedures are effectively performed
establish collaborative relationships with employees
manage department budgets
ensure property policies are administered fairly
provide exceptional customer service
create a conducive atmosphere for guest relations
respond to guest complaints and feedback
analyze front office operations and solve recurring issues
manage hiring, performance appraisals, and mentoring of employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area

Nice to have:

Ability to lead, influence, and encourage others
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to serve as a role model and demonstrate appropriate behaviors
experience in supervising and managing employees
experience in compliance with policies and standards
