Job Description:

Respond to guest requests, provide information about property amenities, resolve guest issues, and ensure satisfaction. Comply with company policies and maintain professional appearance and standards. Develop positive relationships with coworkers and guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities
  • answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
  • monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • anticipate and address guests’ service needs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • eligible for individuals with working rights in Fiji
